EXP is looking for a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) / Project Coordinator. This role supports your progression towards a Project Engineer position while engaging in significant water and wastewater projects. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with experienced professionals on various aspects of the project lifecycle and cultivating invaluable client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on water/wastewater projects across Central Canada
• Support project phases from conceptual designs to construction
• Engage with internal teams for quality assurance
• Coordinate necessary permits and approvals
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings with clients and contractors
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or diploma; EIT designation or C.E.T. preferred
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering
• Strong experience in water treatment design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D is a plus
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
