This role involves full cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly reconciliations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and collaborating with data entry clerks to maintain financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full cycle accounting, managing AP and AR functions
• Provide support and guidance to Data Entry Clerks
• Prepare and compile monthly accounting reports




• Book all prepaid expenses and deferred revenue entries
• Review general ledger accounts for discrepancies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Accounting; new grads welcome
• Proficiency in Sage 50 and QuickBooks Online preferred
• Solid experience with Microsoft Suite applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Minimum one year of accounting experience preferred
