The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.**Job Description:****Department Overview**Colleague and Customer Assistance is a segment under TD's CBTS Canadian Banking Technology Solutions division, where teams such as: Contact Centre, ATM and Customer Assistance have come together to support a shared services mandate.Our Goals:* Bring innovative solutions to the market* Bring an integrated solution capability with comprehensive digital experience to help drive the right customer experience while protecting our customers' interests* Provide legendary customer experience* Enhance our core capabilities to better protect our customersThe ATM / Cash Management technology team provides support for all TD ATMs in North America as well as Cash Services for North American ATMs, Branches and CDN Commercial customers.**Job Overview – What You'll Do**As a key member of the ATM Support and Delivery teams, the successful candidate will be required to work with a highly interactive team and will be responsible for the development and delivery of mainframe ATM / Cash Mgmt solutions.* Application design and development activities. Hands-on experience with Mainframe applications.* Create and maintain quality code, ensure defect free programming consistent with standards; provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post-production deployment and participate in reviewing peer coding* Advanced knowledge of technology, tools, various programming languages, processes, and procedures required for mainframe development.* A strong technology background as Mainframe COBOL developer with exceptional experience building large scale enterprise solutions.* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and security teams, to deliver solutions.* Create and maintain documentation,
to guide teams in implementing and maintaining systems.* Database knowledge and hands on experience accessing large RDBMS.* Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and TD security and control standards.* Develop technical deliverables for quality throughout detailed design and development phase, identify gaps or redesign as needed.* Troubleshoot and optimize system performance. Conduct code reviews.* Solid communications interacting with technology and business teams and vendor partners.* On call rotation will be required for this position. (1 week per month )**Where You'll Work**You will work primarily onsite at a TD location for meetings, team events and experiences.The hiring manager will provide more information about how this works for their team.You will also have on call and call in requirements for production support activities.**Job Requirements – What You Need to Succeed****Must Have Skills:*** 7+ years development and End to End design experience in Mainframe Technologies.* 7+ Years experience in JCL, COBOL, DB2, IMS* Hands- on experience with development tools and frameworks such as File-Aid, CA7, Endeavor and ICE tools.* 3+ years production support experience in batch environment* Experience with service management tools like Service Now, Confluence, JIRA**Good to Have:*** Experience within ATM environments.* Developed solutions leverage AI technologies.**Education*** Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.**Who We Are:**TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest
