The Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day production operations within a Copy & Print production centre environment. They plan, schedule, and oversee all production activities. This includes providing essential functions to ensure a no‑compromise approach to delivering orders when promised and configured as ordered. The Production Manager provides leadership, coaching and directs the activities of a team of Production Supervisors.Specifically, You Will:- Accountable for the on-time delivery of jobs that are configured as ordered.- Creates a work environment that fosters teamwork and individual skills development.- Maintains and promotes a productive work setting through effective management of labour scheduling, job scheduling, and production processes.- Provides direction and promotes uniform workflow processes throughout all work shifts and with all associates.- Accountable for variable cost controls such as hardware expenses & supplies expenses.- Recruits associates and oversees effective onboarding processes.- Coordinates and manages effective supplies inventory processes to maximize capability and minimize costs.- Responsible for managing performance of Production Supervisor team and providing ongoing coaching, development, and performance appraisals.- Ensures all CPC associates check and understand all sources of communication information (white boards, bulletin boards,
