Position Title:Team Lead (Embedded Systems Developer)Job Summary:The Senior Developer Team lead position will include: Conducting or overseeing Programming for RV/Marine control modules, screens, and switchesDelivering and architect clean, high quality, scalable code to our suite of products that is well-structured, readable, testable, and performantEmbedded System ProgrammingLeading and guiding a team specializing in embedded systems development including technical direction, task delegation, and code oversightOwning technical decisions, architecture direction, and development standards for embedded projectsIdentifying problems, propose suitable solutions, implement the solutions, and maintain documentationDesigning, developing, troubleshooting, debugging and testing existing software systems and new applicationsCollaborating with management, stakeholders, and project team members to refine project scope, define project plan,
