The Sales Assistant supports the Sales & Marketing team in achieving occupancy and revenue goals while delivering a seamless and welcoming move-in experience. This role plays a key part in managing prospect data, coordinating move-in documentation and ensuring each recent resident’s transition to Sunrise is smooth, organized and aligned with our shared values.

What You’ll Do:

- Maintain and update the CRM lead tracking system with accurate prospect information
- Support sales goals by coordinating appointments, follow-up and required reports
- Prepare resident administrative files in compliance with Sunrise and state requirements
- Manage the move-in process, including paperwork, assessments and agreement signing
- Conduct resident orientation and review Welcome Packet on move-in day
- Coordinate suite readiness with Maintenance
- Communicate with families, physicians and internal teams to ensure all documentation is complete




- Facilitate Founders Club benefits (as applicable)
- Maintain confidentiality and follow OSHA and safety standards
