Your General Responsibilities

- Provide evidence‑based,



culturally responsive and trauma‑informed counselling to populations you are specialised and interested in working with (e.g., children, teens, adults, couples, families, group)
- Integrate DiveThru app features (e.g., booking portal, clinically validated measures, entering tasks to work on outside of session). Training will be provided
- Do your best to attend team meetings, case consultations and professional development sessions as part of a collaborative work environment and to strive for quality care
- Commitment to DiveThru’s clinical values: providing person‑centred care, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, adopting a feedback‑informed approach, and showing compassion and empathy in your interactions

Your Skills

- Clinical training in evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman method, etc.
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education

Required

- Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens and/or adults. Experience providing couples, family and/or group therapy is an asset
- Full registration (not provisional) and in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers
- Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability
- Completed a Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or School and Clinical Child Psychology, or Social Work with a clinical focus
- Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
- See a minimum of 15 clients a week in‑person AND virtually

Salary

The rate of this contract will be $141 per session.
