We are looking for experienced Estimators (junior, intermediate and senior) to join our exciting client in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This role will play a critical role in acquiring new repair and industrial building contracts for our client and its associated repair facilities. Please apply directly or send your resume to .ResponsibilitiesInterpret client-provided specifications and drawings to develop detailed scopes of work and work packages.Estimate required person-hours and resources to execute manufacturing and repair activities.Create and manage subcontractor and material RFQs or provide technical support to the Supply Chain team in their preparation.Draft detailed execution Method Statements based on project scopes and client requirements.Assist in the creation and submission of competitive Bid/Tender packages, and support multidisciplinary estimating efforts.QualificationsPost-secondary education in Engineering or Engineering Technology,



or Red Seal Journeyman certification in a relevant industrial Skilled Trade nice to have.2+ years of experience in construction or manufacturing project execution, including roles in Project Management, Estimating, Planning, or Cost Control.Robust proficiency with engineering, estimating, or drafting software, and a solid understanding of technical drawings and documentation.Experience in contract negotiation and familiarity with commercial and government contract terms and conditions.Pay: $75,000 - $105,000 annually depending on seniorityRelocation available.Onsite in Halifax, Nova ScotiaPlease note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
