The Lead Estimator will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates for marble and tile projects, reviewing project specifications, managing subcontractor and supplier relationships, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities will include preparing bid proposals, identifying project risks, and providing recommendations for cost-effective solutions. The Lead Estimator will play a key role in supporting project planning and execution.QualificationsProficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and project risk analysisStrong analytical skills, attention to detail,



and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with project management and construction processes related to marble and tile projectsEffective communication and teamwork skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team membersProficiency with estimation software and tools, and familiarity with Bluebeam take-off softwareKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologiesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesRelevant educational background in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will be consideredPrevious experience in a lead or supervisory estimation role is an assetFull Company BenefitsSalary: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending upon experience
