Job Description SummaryThe Lead Civil Structural Engineer is responsible for performing the structural analysis of different Structural Systems and Components (SCC) in Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). They are also responsible of understanding the interactions between different structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping components of a system. They apply theory, principles, data, and methods within the engineering design to perform the design of the structural systems and components.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Under the supervision of senior and principal engineers, the candidate will perform the following tasks:Perform structural analysis of structural systems and components of a nuclear power plantThe ability to utilize Finite Element Analysis and ANSYS APDL tools to develop the structural demands on different structural componentsPerform seismic analysis and evaluation of different structural systems and components in NPPsSupport developing and revising design specifications.Document, plan, promote, and execute projects and programs to support organizational objectivesDeliver high quality engineering documentation in alignment with contract requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory standards.Produce clear, detailed technical writing, including requirements, and descriptive documentation.Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and consistently meet deadlinesDemonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.Adapt effectively to changing conditions, competing demands, and unexpected challenges.Maintain reliability through consistent attendance and constructive responses to feedback.Build trust, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.Model and promote safe work practices,
