As a valued team member, your mission will be to help our patients be healthier at home, while you benefit from our supports for professional growth, personal wellness and work-life balance.What will you do?Provide administrative support services to Care CoordinatorsProcess new referrals, and orders for services, supplies and equipmentProcess and assist in managing confidential patient recordsEnter, update and maintain a high volume of patient data in the electronic databaseAnswer a high volume of telephone inquiries from patients, families and service providers, and refer callers as appropriateProvide back-up support to other positions, as requiredTeam/Department: Central Ottawa GeneralHours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM or 8:30AM to 4:30PM (35hrs/week)FTE: 1.0Starting Salary: $26.253/hrLength of Temporary Assignment: July 24, 2026Affiliation: CUPEReporting to:



Manager, Patient Services Office Location: LabelleWhat you must have?A Grade 12 diploma (minimum)2+ years' related office experienceAccurate keyboarding/data-entry skillsProficient with database software, MS Word and Excel, and other applications in a Windows environmentExcellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervisionAdvanced multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet performance and service goalsExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team and interact tactfully and sensitively with patients from wide-ranging cultural, ethnic and socio-economic backgroundsExcellent oral and written communication skills, including strong listening skillsFlexibility to work a schedule that includes days, evenings and weekends to meet organizational needsFluency in English and French is an assetWe have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy.
