Responsibilities Front‑Line HR Advisory Support – serve as the first point of contact for employees and people leaders on routine HR matters, policies, and procedures, providing guidance on HR policy, legislation, and programs. Employee Relations – support leaders with day‑to‑day employee relations matters including attendance concerns, informal conflict resolution, and performance feedback; participate in employeerelations discussions or meetings as directed by an HR Business Partner; monitor and flag recurring themes or emerging risks. HR Operations & Program Delivery – partner with HR Specialists to support end‑to‑end delivery of core HR programs across the employee lifecycle; coordinate and support employee exit processes, conduct or facilitate exit interviews, summarize themes, and share insights with leadership; monitor adherenceto HRprocesses and recommend improvements.



Accommodation & Leave Management – coordinate and administer the accommodation process for employees, including intake, documentation, tracking, and follow‑up; guide leaders andemployees through procedural aspects, monitor effectiveness, and allocate approvals; act as point of contactfor leave‑related inquiries, process disability claims, and facilitate communication with disability providers; provide guidance on return‑to‑work planning and accommodations. Talent Acquisition – support the full‑cycle recruitment process for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, assessments, interviewing, and offer negotiation; coordinate onboarding and orientation activities; coach hiring managers on interviewing and assessment techniques; promote diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity in candidate selection. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Post‑secondary diploma or other relevant education with a focus on HR (preferred). 3–5 years of progressive HR experience supporting leaders and employees across the entire employee lifecycle. Working toward or completion of a CHRP certification is preferred. Experience providing policy and employment standards guidance.



Experience coordinating workplace accommodations and/or disability management processes. Experience supporting full‑cycle recruitment and selection. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, ATS/HRIS systems. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Excellent written communication skills across a variety of settings. Experience in a team‑oriented environment. Bilingual in French and English (required).
