YWCA Hamilton is seeking a Shelter Worker to support women and gender-diverse individuals experiencing homelessness in Hamilton, Ontario. This temporary role offers 15–29 hours per week with a competitive compensation and perks package.

You will provide meals, private sleeping space, basic needs access, and case management supports from a feminist, anti-racist/anti-oppressive perspective, while maintaining confidentiality and documenting outcomes.
