We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role is available to candidates in either Vancouver or Toronto. What your team does Strategy & Operations sits at the center of our business. Our team is broadly responsible for establishing our corporate strategy in partnership with the C‑Suite, Product, Corporate Development, and Finance, as well as scaling Clio’s operating rhythm as the company grows. As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be aligned to a set of business segments where you’ll support the General Manager/Product Manager in determining immediate and long‑term business strategy, facilitating annual planning, setting OKRs, building business/investment cases, and supporting our business review rituals to measure performance, seize opportunities, and course‑correct as needed. You will bring an objective eye, outside thinking, and a holistic company perspective to the domain experts and leaders at Clio. What you’ll work on Synthesize business insights to help quantify, frame and evaluate trade‑offs to deviations from operational targets and prepare executive‑level presentations in support of key business reviews.



Identify hotspots in the business that require intervention and proactively investigate, strategize, and implement solutions with the respective business leaders. Lead research on growth opportunities through market sizing, assessing the competitive landscape, collaborating on product strategy & differentiation, establishing go‑to‑market fundamentals, and modeling the financials. Support product strategy by building long‑range strategic plans and supporting product operations & analytics to assess and manage performance as well as R&D ROI. Facilitate the synthesis of cross‑functional research & analysis, summarize strategic insights to develop business cases and implementation plans. Provide general analytical support for operational and strategic decisions across the Company. Operate as an embedded strategic management consultant and resource. What you may have 4‑6 years of work experience in a relevant field (e.G., strategy & operations, product strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business development). Experience with market sizing, competitive landscaping, and financial modeling. Robust focus on strategic thinking and analytical problem solving. Strong interpersonal skills; excellent writtenand verbal communication. Self‑motivated, independent, and deadline‑oriented. Understanding of how to measure and evaluate performance across all business functions. Strong ability to query, analyze, and synthesize insights using a variety of data sets. Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
