Recruitment Coordinator (Onsite – Coquitlam, BC)We’re partnering with a well-established, BC-based organization in the transportation and logistics space to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle hiring during an upcoming maternity leave.This is an on-site role best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants exposure across the full recruitment lifecycle.What You’ll Be DoingSupport full-cycle recruitment for operational and support roles (drivers, warehouse, trades, admin)Create and post job ads across multiple platformsScreen resumes and conduct initial phone pre-screensCoordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviewsMaintain accurate candidate tracking using Excel and internal tools (no ATS)Support onboarding and new-hire orientation activitiesPrepare offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding checklistsAssist with basic HR administration and occasional Health & Safety initiativesHelp improve recruitment processes and candidate experienceWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing,
