Asari Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/French) early-career skilled to join our HRIT consulting team. This is a launchpad role: we’ll sponsor your SAP certification and mentor you into a consultant or project management track.

What you’ll do

• Support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation projects across our client portfolio

• Assist with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation

• Work directly with senior consultants and clients to learn delivery from the ground up

• Take on increasing ownership as you build domain expertise

What we’re looking for

• Bilingual — fluent in English and French

• 0–5 years of experience (new grads welcome)

• Confident, professional communicator who’s comfortable in client-facing settings





• A natural problem-solver who thrives on ambiguity and figuring things out

• Versatile — genuinely interested in growing into either a consulting or PM career path

• Based in or willing to work from the Montreal area
