In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to deliver high-quality work, mentor junior team members, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for clients. With global reach and local roots, we combine deep expertise with trusted relationships to help clients navigate complexity and seize opportunity with clarity.Your role:Prepare and assist in executing a wide range of Review, Compilation, and White Paper engagements for private enterprise clientsPrepare T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 returns for private enterprise clients with strong attention to detail and accuracyAssist in preparing financial statements and note disclosures under ASPEAnalyze financial information, accounting processes, and operating procedures, identifying issues and recommending improvementsProvide proactive communication with clients to ensure clarity, manage expectations, and build strong working relationshipsIdentify opportunities to add value—including tax planning insights, process improvements, and cross-team collaborationSupport and mentor junior staff through coaching, training, and on-the-job learningContribute to a positive team culture by participating in firm initiatives, knowledge sharing, and collaborationWhat you bring to the table:CPA designation required (or successful completion of the Common Final Examination,
