What You’ll Be Doing File Ownership & Litigation Manage a high-volume civil litigation caseload independently Handle matters across Small Claims Court and Superior Court Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement materials Conduct discoveries and attend motions, conferences, and hearings Identify next steps early and keep files advancing without delay Client Management Act as the primary client contact on your files Provide clear, practical legal advice Manage expectations and maintain momentum on all matters Execution & Practice Discipline Maintain strong organization, docketing,
