Reporting to the Edmonton Area Manager RMC, the Sales Manager – Ready Mix Concrete will have the opportunity to provide sales leadership and strategic direction for the Edmonton area market.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
