Must have a high school diploma; Ability to communicate easily in French and English (spoken and written); Have a good knowledge and understanding of the laws, regulations, directives, policies and procedures of the various programs of the department; Have a good knowledge of various computer programs in order to be able to complete the documents necessary for data entry; Good writing, translation, calculating and analytical skills.
