Dynacare is on the lookout for an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our Microbiology team on a permanent full-time basis. In this vital position, you will leverage the latest technology to ensure high standards in clinical quality and testing. You will work closely with laboratory equipment, oversee sample integrity, and ensure compliance with quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate sample identification and fulfill specimen criteria
• Uphold quality standards and resolve any issues with testing




• Carry out routine maintenance on lab equipment
• Record, review, and approve test results
• Troubleshoot and report any discrepancies or technical issues
Requirements:
• Active CMLTO Registration in positive standing
• Proven decision-making abilities and self-management skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Capability to lift 30 lbs and manage various hazardous materials
• Microbiology experience is advantageous
