As a Technician with CAA Atlantic, you will be integral to our emergency services team, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our members. Your role will involve delivering towing assistance, managing vehicle challenges, and maintaining high service standards under pressure. Flexibility is a must as you’ll work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet members' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe towing services for members
• Deliver roadside assistance, including tire repairs
• Communicate effectively with members and dispatchers




• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in working condition
• Follow all safety and operating procedures
Requirements:
• Air Brake Endorsement and valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and physical assessment
• Ability to lift and move 70 lbs safely
• Solid mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Willingness to work shifts, including holidays
