Join our very experienced Vinyl Decking department and enjoy working outdoors. We are the last line of Defense when it comes to waterproofing decks. This is why proper training and certifications are very necessary. At Caldek we focus on the efficiencies and the tricks to ensure welds are solid and no corners are cut.
- Loading and transport of job equipment & materials
- Vinyl installation and removal including all prep
- Railing installation & removal
- Deck and other construction and removal
- Working outdoors in all conditions
- Completing daily notes
- Performing upkeep and cleaning of company tools and vehicles
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous construction experience is beneficial but not required
- Can work independently
- Values communication and honesty
- Looking for a company to grow with
- Is a team player
- Is willing to learn
