We are seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design and build scalable, secure, and innovative cloud solutions by working backward from their business challenges.Key job responsibilitiesDesign scalable, secure cloud architectures to support migration, modernization, and the development of cloud-native and AI-driven solutionsServe as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate, helping customers identify both opportunities and risks in their technical decisions while proactively anticipating their evolving needsTranslate customer requirements into technical solutions and communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholdersDevelop and deliver technical content such as workshops, prototypes, and presentations and speak at events to help customers evaluate and adopt new technologiesLead technical discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept activities to guide customer decision-making and drive innovationContribute to organizational growth by providing product feedback to AWS engineering teams, participating in recruiting and interviewing, and mentoring teammatesA day in the lifeYour day as a Solutions Architect blends customer engagement, technical design, and hands-on building. You build prototypes to help customers evaluate approaches, collaborate with account teams on next steps, or share best practices that accelerate adoption.
