Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to perform structured in-home wellness and risk-adjustment assessments. This PRN, 1099 independent contractor role offers adaptable weekday visits with established operational support.

Expect ~100 USD per completed assessment plus paid mileage, with most providers doing 4–5 visits daily, and travel within a 55-mile radius. Training, scheduling support, and EMR guidance are provided.
