Training And ExperienceA level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master of Science in Nursing and five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in delivery of program-related care; leadership roles preferred. Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. National certification in program area, where required.Skills And Abilities- Demonstrated leadership ability and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.- Demonstrated commitment to client-focused services and teamwork.- Ability to integrate administrative, professional and operational aspects of the program throughout Island Health in an effective and productive manner.- Ability to develop and nurture an environment where quality improvement and patient safety principles are embraced and used on a continuous basis.Position will report directly to the Executive Director and will have a critical care area of focus.The salary range for this position is $106,026 (min) to $132,533 (midpoint) to $152,413 (max) per annum (based on 1 FTE).
