As an Events Specialist reporting to the Travel and Events Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of events for up to 900 participants. Your focus will be on B2B strategies, creative event concepts, and optimizing guest experiences. You'll manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure every event aligns with Lush's brand philosophy and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and execute large-scale and team events
• Ensure seamless project execution and maximum guest service
• Develop high-impact B2B event strategies




• Maintain detailed event records and inventories
• Coordinate speakers and volunteers aligning with event goals
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of corporate event planning experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
