Unposting Date :59 PM Job Summary The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst leads assigned Continuous Improvement (CI), Business Process Management (BPM), and process modernization initiatives within People & Culture. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Process Management, People Systems & Analytics, the incumbent improves how work is designed, delivered, measured, standardized, and sustained, with a focus on operational efficiency, service effectiveness, process performance, and end-user experience. This is a practical, delivery-focused role. It is not a traditional Lean Six Sigma role centered on workshops, waste reduction, or process documentation. The incumbent must bring structure to complex or not-yet-fully-defined business problems, connect information across teams, systems, handoffs, data, and outcomes, and move initiatives from discovery through implementation,
measurement, and sustained adoption. Strategic direction, process governance, process architecture, and the broader modernization roadmap remain Senior Manager accountabilities. This role operationalizes that direction through assigned initiative delivery and implementation support. Key Responsabilities Lead and deliver assigned CI and BPM initiatives by managing work from problem definition through implementation, and sustained adoption. Define improvement scope by working with stakeholders to translate ambiguous or not-yet-fully defined problems into structured objectives, analysis plans, and delivery work. Analyze processes and performance using operational data, stakeholder input, root cause analysis, and process evidence to identify gaps, risks, bottlenecks, rework, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to validate findings, challenge assumptions, explore future-state options, and build alignment around practical solutions. Design and document improved business processes using BPMN 2.0 and BPM practices to support decision-making, implementation, operational consistency, and ongoing process management. Support People & Culture service delivery modernization by identifying opportunities to improve how People & Culture services are requested, delivered, and experienced by employees,
applying user-centred methods such as journey mapping or personas where relevant. Develop, operationalize, and monitor process performance measures for assigned initiatives, including KPIs related to volume, cycle time, quality, service levels, rework, and user-experience. Apply foundational process architecture and value stream concepts to support assigned initiative analysis, end-to-end process understanding, and related deliverables. Translate process needs into business requirements and system considerations by partnering with People Systems, business stakeholders, and technical SMEs, including Workday-related opportunities where applicable. Deliver CI capability-building activities, including internally tailored White Belt, Yellow Belt, and other learning sessions, while contributing to improvements based on feedback and evolving organizational needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent practical continuous improvement experience. 5 to 7 years of progressive, hands-on experience leading continuous improvement, business process management, business analysis, service improvement, or operational improvement within a complex organization. Experience analyzing, designing, improving, and documenting end-to-end business processes using BPM practices and BPMN 2.0. Experience using operational data and process performance measures to identify opportunities, support decisions, and track outcomes. Experience managing initiatives through discovery, analysis, implementation, adoption, and performance monitoring. Experience supporting CI, BPM, or process performance training and knowledge-
