Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment
• Maintain highways year-round, assisting Labourer duties




• Conduct road condition inspections and equipment checks
• Support planning with the Foreperson to meet milestones
• Monitor crew's work quality and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license
• Previous experience in highway maintenance supervision
• Snow plow operation experience preferred
• Robust communication and computer skills
• Completion of pre-employment testing is mandatory
