Position Summary

Timberlea Tire / GOAT Automotive is seeking a creative, driven New Graduate to support marketing, customer growth, and program development initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, developing campaigns, partnerships, and programs that attract and retain retail customers, while also supporting ongoing client relationships.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands‑on, creative role focused on building awareness, driving traffic, and enhancing the customer experience.

You will:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Create innovative programs to attract new retail customers
- Build partnerships with local groups (sports teams, community organizations, etc.)
- Support and manage relationships with existing customers and partners

This is a great fit for someone who is creative, proactive, and excited to build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Program Development

- Design and launch creative marketing initiatives to drive retail traffic
- Develop seasonal promotions, campaigns, and customer offers
- Create group programs (e.g., partnerships with sports teams, local organizations)
- Test and refine new ideas to improve customer engagement and retention

Customer Growth & Experience





- Identify opportunities to attract new retail customers
- Support in‑store promotions and customer experience initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to enhance brand presence and visibility

Account Management & Partnerships

- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and community groups
- Support existing accounts with ongoing communication and program delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase engagement

Qualifications

- Recent graduate (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
- Creative thinker with strong initiative and ideas
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Interest in marketing, branding, and customer experience
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and seeing them through
