Adecco is partnering with a well-established Canadian manufacturer and installer operator to hire a General Manager , playing a critical role in revenue growth, production excellence, and customer experience. This role requires a solid focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence. Pay Rate: $110,000-$120,000+(Base salary + quarterly bonus + annual profit sharing)Location: Kelowna, BC Job type: Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities: Business Development & Customer Experience Grow regional revenues and expand the company's presence in the local market Implement and adjust Branch-level sales plans to support growth objectives Build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and end-customers Ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service throughout the sales and installation process Work collaboratively with peers across the organization to share operational and sales insights Branch Operations & Performance Direct daily activities across sales, manufacturing, scheduling, and installation functions Maintain quality and service standards from initial sale through project completion Balance capacity, workflow, and resources to meet customer commitments Make sound decisions related to pricing, service offerings, and productivity Monitor Branch financial results and protect company assets Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team across sales, administration, and leadership roles Partner closely with the Production Manager to align operational execution with sales forecasts Promote a workplace culture grounded in accountability, collaboration,
