Position: Healthcare Security Guard - Full-Time - Providence Care Hospital Site: Providence Care Hospital- 752 King St West Hours: Continental Rotation / Payrate: $22.61/hour Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours Posting date: January 30, Internal closing date: February 5, External closing date: February 20, Job Responsibilities: Maintain a professional, visible, and alert security presenceGreet, assist, and direct the public while ensuring safety of clients, staff, buildings, and assetsConduct proactive and reactive patrols (interior/exterior) and respond to emergenciesMonitor CCTV, perform access/key control, and enforce hospital policies, parking, and smoking by-lawsCarry out patient watches, investigate and document incidents, and complete shift/event reportsSupport monthly safety inspections and other assigned dutiesWork effectively both independently and as part of a teamAdditional duties as assignedJob Requirements Valid Ontario Security Guard LicenseValid First Aid & CPR Level C (WSIB-approved provider)Ability to be clean-shaven for N95 mask fit testingProof of COVID-19 vaccination (minimum two doses)Immunization records for MMR, Varicella, Pertussis, and TB (Step 1 & 2)How to obtain records:
