What You’ll Be DoingAs an Operations Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing MCI systems by:Creating and maintaining end‑to‑end test plans for all MCI systemsExecuting UAT and production testing for processes, enhancements, and fixesActing as the voice of the business in project and release meetingsPreparing and distributing outage and release communications to stakeholdersPartnering with Project Managers to create, update,
