Job DescriptionVP FinanceThe VP Finance is a strategic leadership role responsible for liaising with the executive team and board, and for strategizing to ensure the financial health, planning, and operations of our client in the Kamloops region of BC.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute financial strategies to support long-term growth and investment plansProvide financial leadership to senior executives, department heads and other shared service teams to align financial goals with the company’s strategic objectivesLead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with business prioritiesStrategic oversight of the payroll and benefits function, including labour reporting, workforce forecasts, compensation and moreOversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of financial statementsProvide strategic oversight of the IT department,
