Role: Clinical Nurse EducatorLocation: GTA, ON & Hamilton, ONType: Part TimeRate: CAD40/hr - CAD50/hrJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑directed Clinical Nurse Educator / Clinical Program Specialist (RN) to provide in‑service clinical, educational, technical, and training support within a defined region. This role requires minimal supervision and a strong ability to share best practices while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary work group.Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical, educational, and technical support related to assigned programs- Deliver in‑service clinical education and skilled training to healthcare professionals- Develop and present educational programs, materials, and presentations using adult learning principles- Serve as a subject‑matter expert and clinical resource, sharing best practices within the team- Effectively manage time, priorities,



and regional responsibilities with minimal direction- Travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional weekend travelRequired Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of residence- Strong organizational and time management skills- Solid understanding of adult learning principles- Proven experience in public speaking and developing educational presentations/materials- Proficiency in electronic communication and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Excel is aplus- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record- Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgmentPreferred Memberships & Certifications- Current membership in relevant professional organizations, such as:- Association for Vascular Access (AVA)- Infusion Nurses Society (INS)
