Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor client health in the transitional program
• Provide nursing services within defined scope of practice
• Ensure security and safety of clients and staff

Requirements:
• Completion of a licensed practical nurse program
• Registration with a regulatory body required
• Successful completion of the Canadian Practical Nurses Exam
• Experience with seniors and persons with disabilities
