Baxter seeks a dedicated Filling Operator for its Alliston facility on the Afternoon shift (Monday to Friday 15:00h-23:00h EST). In this role, you will ensure quality fills of IV solutions while working with effective production teams. Your commitment to attention to detail and teamwork will directly impact healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect IV bag assembly and filling process
• Weigh filled bags to verify proper volumes
• Load and seal over-wrapped bags into sterilizer trays
• Document quality checks and reject counts
• Maintain cleanliness using 6S principles
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED completion required
• Experience with repetitive tasks in manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP practices in a manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork
• Flexibility to work weekends when needed
