Your activities will include:Perform Python/SQL data queries and support data sets for analysis/modelling, including cleaning data and feature engineering.Analyze large, spatially enabled data sets and identify trends and insights to inform business decisions; communicate findings totechnical and non‑technical audiences.Support team members and business partners to develop, test, and deploy analytics solutions (e.G., forecasting, optimization,
or models).Proactively identify and solve business problems and opportunities where a data‑driven solution would be appropriate; develop proposalsor approaches.Collaborate with business partners to support the business case development process for analytics solutions.Job RequirementsCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate (or graduate) degree majoring in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, with intent to return to school after the work term.Strong statistical and analytical skills.Robust proficiency in Python, SQL, or another data‑related programming language.Knowledge of spatially enabled data and geospatial processing tools/platforms.Knowledge of Azure, R, AWS, Databricks, or GitHub is a plus.Knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI.Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.Additional Information4‑month work term commencing September 8 – December 18, 2026.Applications must include transcript, cover letter (one page or less), and resume (maximum 2 pages).TD requires employees to reside in the country where the role is located, irrespective of remote working arrangements.Work location and start dates are subject to change.Inclusion and Accessibility TD is committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment.
