I am currently looking for an Accounting Clerk for a company in the automotive industry. This is a permanent position based in Pointe-Claire.

Mission

Your tasks:
•
Record and reconcile daily sales and service deposits.
•
Submit financing files to various lenders, including Toyota Credit.
•
Maintain accurate and detailed vehicle delivery records.
•
Process and maintain new vehicle inventory records.
•




Submit Electric Vehicle Rebate applications and follow up on program receivables.
•
Monitor vehicle payments with financial institutions.
•
Provide support with accounts payable.

Your profile

•
You must have a minimum of 6 months of continuous service.
•
Knowledge of accounting principles.
•
Versatile, proactive, and energetic.
•
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
•
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
•
Bilingual in English and French.
•
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•
Education in accounting is considered an asset (College Diploma, University Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree).
