Counsellors also contribute to community engagement and development in alignment with Carya’s mission. This position focuses on family systems interventions using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT and FFT-CW) model. It requires flexibility, comfort working in community settings, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. The role involves close collaboration with community partners, including Family Resource Networks (FRNs), to support coordinated, relationship-focused service delivery. Carya provides comprehensive training in Functional Family Therapy.
