Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe operations on the ramp
• Assist in courteous customer service during boarding
• Process cargo shipments and complete airway bills
• Marshal aircraft, overseeing parking and logistics
• Operate necessary equipment with care
Requirements:
• Customer service experience is essential
• Basic mathematics skills needed
• Familiarity with Indigenous and Cultural Awareness preferred
• Must handle physical tasks effectively
