Responsibilities

TheOpportunity

The Order Management Customer Analyst is responsible for ensuring day-to-day order processing for Pepsico Foods Canada (PFC) for Frito-Lay products, driving gold standard customer service and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices. This person will be expected to partner with other Customer Service Representatives in Mexico Capability Center as well as with site and region Leadership.

YourImpact

As Order Management Customer Analyst your functions would consist of:

- Ensures day-to-day order processing for Frito Lay Canada, including but not limited to order confirmation, order cleansing, shipment and trips.
- Customer communications - managing adds/cuts, missing order communication and off-template orders.
- Backfill other Order Management Analysts on vacations.

Education

- Bachelor's degree

Experience





- 1-3 years of Order Management/Customer Service/ Supply chain/ Supply Planning experience
- English (Fluent/Advanced)
- French (Intermediate/Advanced)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
- Ability to provide superior customer service with robust follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment and KPI's knowledge.
- Service Mindset / Order Management knowledge.
- Ability to recognize and take action to improve the delivery of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
