Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct substantive editing of nonfiction manuscripts • Identify high-potential projects and acquire them • Manage the project lifecycle for multiple titles • Analyze market trends to capitalize on opportunities • Present books effectively to optimize success

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field • At least 5 years of editorial experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Established connections in the publishing industry • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
