Reporting to the Head of Actuarial Systems, the AVP, Actuarial System Data and Reporting will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end actuarial data, reporting, and valuation systems change activities across Canada and the United States, with coordinating across Asia for global system components.The role provides leadership across Reporting Stewards, Data Stewards, and Reporting, Process & Change (RP&C) teams to ensure actuarial reporting is accurate, timely, compliant, auditable, and scalable. The AVP role plays a critical role in improving change management efficiency, driving global consistency where appropriate; and supporting the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.Position ResponsibilitiesOversee valuation system change management across Canada and the US, coordinating global system changes with AsiaInfluence and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of change management cycles, balancing delivery speed, business priority, control, and riskDrive global consistency in systems, data, and reporting processes where appropriate, while respecting regional regulatory and business needsOversee the end‑to‑end data and reporting requirements for IT delivery and enhancementsCoordinate and prioritize Risk Integrity functionality requests with Moody’sLead annual Risk Integrity version upgrades, in coordination with Central Model Governance team for AXIS version upgradesEnsure timely and accurate quarter‑end and annual actuarial reporting, including production issue escalationEnsure strong data stewardship and governance practices, including data quality, documentation, and lineageIdentify, assess, and mitigate data and process risksNavigate complex stakeholder environments to drive decisions and resolve issues efficientlyDevelop future ready skills and talent, and coach teams through high‑pressure situationsAct as a change champion, supporting adoption of new technologies and ways of workingFoster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and resilienceRequired QualificationsFSA / FCIA, with 10+ years of actuarial experienceExtensive experience in actuarial valuation and reportingExperience working with IT and actuarial systemsDemonstrated ability to influence across teams with limited direct authorityStrong coaching skills and ability to navigate difficult situations and conversationsStrong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead change, operate in ambiguity,



and deliver results in complex organizationsResults‑orientedBilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
