A wellness dental practice in Richmond Hill seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist that has leadership skills.

POSITION

Experienced Dental Receptionist (2 years experience)

SOFTWARE

Oryx, switching to Akitu one

LOCATION

Yonge & Major Mackenzie Dr. W

HOURS

Thurs, Fri, 2 or 3 Sundays a month, Wed (possible)- 9/10-5/6

COMPENSATION

$24-$30 per hour depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW

- Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Strong skills in booking/scheduling appointments- will be trained with holistic treatments
- Looking for a Leader that is valuable at problem solving
- Discussing wellness based treatment plans, collecting payments and must be organized
- Accurately maintain charts and patient records
- Open to learning new things and interested in wellness setting

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Dynamic, energetic, and professional personality is key
- Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
- Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
- Be assertive, a leader, critical thinker, problem solver.
- Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and be able to work independently
