monthly CI meetings providing insights on results and identifying areas of focus- Support in identifying areas of continuous improvement and cost reduction through a shop floor presenceBusiness Case Modelling- Provide analysis to support plant decisions and finance (crewing patterns, capital acquisitions, return on investment, OH analysis, etc.)System Support / Integration- Provide recommendations for streamlining existing processes and system to help generate synergies between locations- Support testing and implementation of system improvements/changesTeam Leadership- Ensure that the Accounting Staff have sufficient financial and support in automation and process improvements- Identify and implement development opportunities for staffAbout You- CPA designation (Canadian or internationally recognized equivalent)- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility- Manufacturing industry experience: food manufacturing experience preferred- Supervisory or team lead experience in an accounting or finance environment- Strong cost accounting expertise, including standard costing and/or activity based costing (ABC)Salary Range$115,000 - $129,000/year#J-18808-Ljbffr
