You also have:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering3+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments (preferably food/beverage industry)P.Eng designation or eligible for P.Eng.Strong hands-on understanding of mechanical systemsExperience with equipment optimization, reliability, or process improvementAbility to think critically, troubleshoot under pressure, and turn ambiguity into solutionsSuccess in this role looks like:Identifying root causes, not just symptomsTurning recurring problems into permanent fixesImproving uptime, efficiency, and system performanceContributing ideas that meaningfully shape plant operationsWorking Environment Our facility operates 24/7, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment where engineering decisions have immediate, visible impact.
