This is an opportunity to design, improve and solve real-world complex manufacturing problems while working at the intersection of mechanical systems, automation, and process optimization.What We Offer The opportunity to build and grow a progressive company, competitive wages, and extended health benefits.What We Look For Curiosity, commitment to learning, and a winning mindset.What You’ll Do As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be embedded in a highly collaborative technical workplace, working alongside Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Quality teams.You will:Solve complex equipment challenges in a production environmentDrive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reliability, and throughputLead equipment design, upgrades, and commissioning projectsAnalyze system performance using data to uncover hidden inefficiencies and optimize processesDesign and refine mechanical solutions that improve safety, maintainability, and lifecycle costCollaborate cross-functionally to bring new ideas from concept to implementationThis role blendshands-on problem solving with systems thinking and design ownership .What You’ll Bring We’re looking for engineers who challenge the status-quo, have an improvement mindset and love to innovate.



You also have:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering3+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments (preferably food/beverage industry)P.Eng designation or eligible for P.Eng.Strong hands-on understanding of mechanical systemsExperience with equipment optimization, reliability, or process improvementAbility to think critically, troubleshoot under pressure, and turn ambiguity into solutionsSuccess in this role looks like:Identifying root causes, not just symptomsTurning recurring problems into permanent fixesImproving uptime, efficiency, and system performanceContributing ideas that meaningfully shape plant operationsWorking Environment Our facility operates 24/7, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment where engineering decisions have immediate, visible impact. While core hours are weekdays, engineers occasionally engage with off-hour challenges because real systems don’t wait.
