AgeCare is seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents in our long-term care setting. You will work with the health care team and supervise Personal Support Workers to ensure high-quality resident care.
In this role, you will liaise with physicians, follow AgeCare policies, and participate in shift change reports. A current nursing license and knowledge of relevant Canadian regulations are required.
