Pharmacy Manager – FR role at Walmart Canada Join our team to manage daily operations of Walmart Canada’s pharmacy, ensuring compliance with company policies, professional standards, and provincial/federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Maintain patient confidentiality, uphold pharmacy file integrity, and update medication profiles while adhering to privacy laws. Lead and motivate a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants; oversee hiring, scheduling, performance management, training, and coaching. Review and fulfill prescriptions, renewals, and refills with accuracy, safety, and timeliness. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide medication counseling on administration, side effects, and interactions. Generate and interpret weekly/monthly pharmacy distribution reports; manage inventory,reconcile results, and control stock levels. Ensure proper removal of expired medications, secure storage of pharmacy products, and compliance with legal requirements. Utilize pharmacy computers, cash registers,



and other assigned equipment while safeguarding company assets. Participate in weekly branch management meetings and support branch operations. Compensation Pay range: $50.00 – $67.20 per hour, based on relevant experience. Minimum Qualifications Age 16 or older. Pharmacist license (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA – Additional Prescribing Authorization). Preferred Qualifications Relevant pharmacist experience and advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
