In this role, you will be responsible for theinstallation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair ofproduction equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliableoperations. You will work closely with production and maintenanceteams to minimize downtime while maintaining the highest standardsof safety, quality, and foodsafety. Qualifications: Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)License (433A) is required. Minimum 2 years ofexperience in a manufacturing or food processing environment ispreferred. Strong knowledge of mechanicalsystems, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuumsystems, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, andindustrial machinery. Ability to read andinterpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, manuals, andtechnical specifications. Proficient in the useof hand tools, power tools and precision measuringinstruments. Ability to work independently withminimal supervision and collaborate effectively within ateam. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, and foodmanufacturing practices is preferred. Abilityto lift up to 40 lbs and perform physically demandingtasks.



Comfortable working in cool andrefrigerated productionenvironments. Flexibility to work shifts,overtime, weekends, or respond to emergency maintenance calls asrequired. KeyResponsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, andmaintain production equipment andmachinery. Perform scheduled preventive andpredictive maintenance. Install, align,dismantle, relocate, and commission industrial machinery andequipment. Repair or replace defectivecomponents and verify equipment performance afterrepairs. Read and interpret blueprints,diagrams, and schematics. Maintain hydraulic,pneumatic, vacuum, and power transmissionsystems. Perform basic electricaltroubleshooting, including fuse replacement and faultdiagnosis. Support continuous improvementinitiatives by identifying opportunities to improve equipmentreliability, efficiency, and maintenanceprocesses. Fabricate or modify components usingmachine shop equipment and welding tools whenrequired. Communicate maintenance activitiesand equipment status with supervisors and productionstaff. Complete maintenance documentation andwork ordersaccurately.
